The E3 exhibitor-list at the official E3 website revealed that Rockstar Games / Take Two will be at the convention this year from 15 to 17 of June at the Los Angeles convention center.
It’s a big year for Rockstar Games with the already announced titles and the possibility of new announcements at the E3.

Apparently last month some rumours were flying around that Manhunt 3 was in pre production and supposed to be a Playstation 3 exclusive and support the new Playstation Move.
Today however Gofanboy reports that ‘trusted sources’ last month are now stating that Take Two have canned the idea of another installment in the series.

Mahunt 1 and 2 are one of the most gore-filled and gruesome psychological horror games out there
The sequel ( Manhunt 2) was responsible for a lot of controversy as well but got banned in several countries due the level of graphic violence featured in the game.

Hope is not lost because according to Gofanboy there are employees inside Rockstar that want to see the gruesome series continued.
And I’m sure a lot of Manhunt fans out there would love to see a #3 added to the Manhunt series.
Imagine a Manhunt 3 with motion controls just like the Wii version of Manhunt 2, we will keep you updated on this subject!
